Registration
ISNTP-13 provides an Early Registration Fee from August 23 to October 11, 2024 to offer a discounted registration fee to those highly interested in the conference. All participants are strongly recommended to register online. Presenters need to register by October 11, 2024 to ensure their talks are included in the final program.

All registration fees must be paid only in USD or KRW by credit card or bank transfer.

  • - Participants wishing to make card payments can settle the payment online.
  • - Tosspayments provides domestic payment method and is billed as www.tosspayments.com.
  • - PayGate offers the overseas payment method and is billed as www.paygate.net.
    The following credit cards are accepted through online registration : VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX.
Bank Transfer
  • - Please make the bank transfer to the account provided below after submitting an online registration form.
  • - The sender's name MUST BE identical to the registrant’s name or registration number. If the registration fees are not received on time, you will need to provide proof of payment (such as a bank transfer receipt).
  • - The registrants must pay all bank charges for remittance.

Refund Policy
For cancellation of your registration, a written request must be sent by email to the secretariat (reg@isntp13.org). Please note that all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, and all approved refunds will be issued after the conference has ended.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application
An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chair of ISNTP-13 upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants should first complete the registration process. After completing the online registration process, please send the invitation request form to the secretariat (reg@isntp13.org). For more details, please check ‘Visa Information’ on the left.
