· 3-Minute Presentation:
Each presenter will have 3 minutes to summarize the key points of their research. The goal is to provide a concise overview of your work, including the research objectives, methods, key findings, and their significance. This brief presentation serves as an introduction to your poster, encouraging further discussion during the poster session. -
· Visual Aids:
While your presentation will be based on your poster, you should also prepare a 1-2 page PowerPoint (PPT) to highlight the most important graphs, figures, or images that support your message. Given the limited time, it's crucial to focus on the most impactful elements. -
· Poster Session:
After the 3-minute presentations, we will transition into the full poster session. During this time, attendees will have the opportunity to visit individual posters, engage in deeper discussions, and ask questions directly to the presenters. This format encourages valuable one-on-one interactions and feedback on your research. -
· Time Management:
As each presenter is allotted only 3 minutes for their presentation, please practice and ensure you can convey your message within this timeframe. The session will move promptly from one presenter to the next to maintain a smooth flow.
